Freight
The free freight program is offered on orders of 5,000$ and more on applicable merchandise (single phase pumps, small engine gas pumps and generators) that are in stock in one of our branches in Canada.
Freight charges for any other merchandise are at customer’s expense.
All three phase pumps, all diesel and gas pumps on trailers and / or skids are excluded from the free freight program.
Fuel surcharge may apply.
Payment
Our standard payment terms are Net 30 days, but other terms may apply as per agreed with the customer.

Warranty
Tsurumi Canada's two (2) year limited warranty applies only to single-phase submersible pumps, gasoline-powered pumps and generators, and is effective from the date of purchase by the distributor.
For gasoline-powered pumps, Tsurumi Canada's warranty applies only to the pump. For the motor, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty.
Models F-13, L4000 and three phase industrial pumps are subject to our one (1) year limited warranty.
During warranty period, any pump subject to a warranty claim must be received non-disassembled to obtain warranty consideration.
If applicable, return freight to a Tsurumi Canada branch is assumed by the customer. If the warranty is accepted on the pump, Tsurumi Canada will assume the return freight charge. However, if the warranty is not accepted, all freight charges will be assumed by the customer.

Return Procedure
Three phase submersible pumps and trailer or skid mounted diesel or gas pumps are non-returnable and non-refundable, you may contact your technical representative to properly size and select the right pump for your customer’s application.
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained by contacting our head office prior to any return.
No RGA number will be issued over 60 days after invoice date.
Returns are applicable only on items kept in stock at Tsurumi Canada.
A minimum of 25% restocking fee will apply.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense
No returns are possible on special orders and used pumps, even if they were just tested.
Gas pumps or generators which have been in contact with gas or oil are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Original undamaged boxes are mandatory.
Tsurumi Canada’s warehouses are located in Vancouver, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Toronto, Boucherville and Moncton.
